1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.gyanipandit.com, including our online course platform at www.gyanipandit.com/course, and all related content and services (together, the “Platform”). By visiting the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Who We Are
The Platform is owned and operated by Advik Enterprises & GyaniPanditOnline (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at Advik Enterprises, Maharshi Dwar, Jatharpeth, Akola – 444005, Maharashtra, India. GyaniPandit has been publishing educational content since 2014. We sell online video courses and live masterclasses on topics such as Generative AI, programming, and data science, and we publish free blog articles and tutorials in Hindi and English.

3. Accounts and Eligibility
- To purchase or access paid courses, you must create an account with accurate and complete information (such as your name and email address) and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a course. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
- We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Course Access and Licence
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your own individual learning.
- Your account and course access are for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials with anyone else.
- You may not copy, download (except where a download option is expressly provided), record, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or otherwise share any course content, in whole or in part.
- You may not use course content to create competing products, courses, or derivative works.
- Violation of this licence may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us under law.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Where applicable, taxes such as GST will be applied in accordance with Indian law.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and checkout providers. We do not collect or store your card, banking, or UPI credentials on our servers. Your payment is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
- We may change course prices, discounts, and offers at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
- Course access is activated only after successful confirmation of payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the related course access.
6. Course Delivery
- All courses are delivered online through the Platform. Depending on the course, delivery may be self-paced (pre-recorded video lessons you can watch on your own schedule) or live (scheduled online sessions and masterclasses).
- For self-paced courses, access details are provided to your registered account after purchase. For live sessions, joining details and schedules are communicated to your registered email or account.
- You are responsible for having a compatible device and a stable internet connection. We are not responsible for access issues caused by your device, network, or third-party services.
- Live session schedules may occasionally change for reasons beyond our control. Where a live session is rescheduled, we will inform enrolled participants and provide the revised schedule or a recording where feasible.
7. Certificates
Where a course offers a certificate, it is issued on successful completion of the course requirements (such as finishing the lessons or assessments specified for that course). Certificates are issued by us as evidence of course completion. They are not government-issued qualifications, university degrees, or professional licences, and we make no claim that a certificate guarantees any specific recognition, employment, or outcome.
8. Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
- engage in piracy of any kind, including recording, downloading, leaking, or distributing paid course content;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the Platform;
- attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm the Platform or other users;
- interfere with the operation of the Platform, its servers, or networks;
- impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or provide false information;
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access and reporting unlawful activity to authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including course videos, live session recordings, text, articles, tutorials, graphics, logos, code samples, study materials, and the “GyaniPandit” name and branding — is owned by Advik Enterprises & GyaniPanditOnline or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India.
Except for the limited personal licence described in Section 4, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or rights in our content to you. Free content published on our blog or YouTube channel remains our property and may not be republished or commercially exploited without our prior written permission.
10. Refunds
Purchases of digital courses are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered case by case in exceptional circumstances, such as a duplicate payment or a technical failure that prevents access to a purchased course. 11. Disclaimers
- Our courses are provided for educational purposes. Learning outcomes vary from person to person and depend on your own effort, background, and circumstances.
- We do not guarantee any specific results, including job placement, employment, income, business growth, or exam success, from taking any course.
- The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the Platform accurate, secure, and available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- The Platform may contain links to or embeds from third-party services (such as video players and payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Termination
- You may stop using the Platform at any time. You may request closure of your account by writing to [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate your account or course access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — including sharing or redistributing course content, abusing the Platform, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- On termination for breach, your licence to access course content ends immediately and no refund will be due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, as applicable. Subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Akola, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or the law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we may also notify registered users by email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
