Real questions from parents, straight answers

My child doesn’t know any coding. Will this work?
Absolutely โ€” the course starts from zero. In Class 5-7 there is no keyboard coding at all; everything works with blocks and clicks. Coding appears only where it fits the class level, and even there, step by step. The first requirement for learning AI is curiosity, not coding.
Screen time is already too much. Why one more online class?
A fair question. The difference is in the content: an hour of scrolling reels and an hour of building your own ML model are both โ€œscreen timeโ€, but one is passive and the other is creative. Our lessons are short, the projects are hands-on, and healthy digital habits are a core part of the course. Many parents tell us their child’s remaining screen time became more purposeful after this course.
Will this help with school marks?
We will not guarantee that โ€” and you should doubt anyone who does (it is also legally wrong). But the logic is simple: making revision packs with NotebookLM, understanding the AI Project Cycle, learning CT concepts โ€” all of this connects directly to school work, especially if the school has the AI subject (code 417) or the new CT & AI curriculum. The method of studying improves; the hard work remains the child’s own.
Will we need AI accounts? Is that safe?
Class 5-7: no personal AI accounts at all โ€” only no-login tools (Teachable Machine) or education platforms (Canva for Education), and Gemini only under your Family Link supervision. Class 8+: some tools are 13+ and are set up with your consent, together with you โ€” we give a full setup guide, safety settings included. 18+ tools are never used by children. We have verified every tool’s age policy ourselves.
In a recorded course, who clears the doubts?
That is exactly why the format is hybrid. Lessons are recorded (own pace, unlimited replays), but there are regular LIVE doubt sessions where your child asks the teacher directly. You can sit in these sessions too and see how the teaching happens.
Won’t AI teach my child to cheat?
That is our biggest concern too โ€” which is why the first rule of the course is: understand with AI, don’t get AI to do it for you. Children learn how to verify AI answers, what AI’s right role in homework is, and why copy-paste is cheating yourself. The truth is: children will use AI anyway โ€” better they learn the right way from us than the wrong way on their own.
