We have been publishing educational content since 2014 and sell online video courses and live masterclasses through our website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

By using our website or purchasing our courses, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it clearly, and you may withdraw it at any time as described below.

What Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data we need to run our website and deliver our courses:

  • Account information: your name, email address and login details when you create a student account on our course platform.
  • Order and billing information: your name, email address, phone number and billing details when you purchase a course or masterclass. Payments themselves are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not collect or store your card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
  • Course activity: your enrolments, lesson progress, quiz attempts and completion status, so we can provide the learning experience you paid for.
  • Support communications: emails you send to us, including any information you choose to share, so we can respond to your queries and grievances.
  • Cookies and analytics data: cookies set by our website (including caching cookies) and advertising analytics data collected through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, as described in the Cookies section below.
  • Server logs: standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, recorded automatically for security and troubleshooting.

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include such data in support emails unless it is necessary for your query.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Account and course data: retained while your account is active, so that you keep access to courses you have purchased. If you ask us to delete your account, we will erase your data unless we must retain some of it by law.
  • Order and billing records: retained for the period required under Indian tax, accounting and consumer protection laws.
  • Support emails: retained for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your query and maintain a record of grievances.
  • Server logs: retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or overwritten in the normal course.

Who We Share Your Data With

  • Correction and updating: have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected, completed or updated.
  • Erasure: have your personal data erased when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless retention is required by law.
  • Grievance redressal: raise a grievance with us about how your personal data has been handled, and receive a timely response. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
  • Nominate: nominate another individual who may exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond to all rights requests and grievances within 30 days of receiving them. Children’s Data

Our paid courses and masterclasses are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal data, including secure hosting, access controls and regular backups. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by the DPDP Act.
