Human being learns everything by imitation we learn to walk and talk by observing someone. Youngsters have this tendency to admire someone they are attracted to some other personality. And always try to imitate them. Youngsters have their own role model who inspires them because of their personality. Youngsters think following the footsteps of their role models will lead them to success. Our role model inspires us and it can be anyone a celebrity, sportsperson, or our family relative.<\/p>\n

    Honesty is the best policy.     Role models are always Good orators. you are known for your speaking skills. Great people always say what they do and always do what they say. They talk very intellectually and wisely. Because an arrow shot from a bow and a word spoken from mouth could not be taken back.<\/p>\n

    Leadership quality is essential to being a good role model. A leader is not a boss, the difference between a boss and a leader is that boss says to do it. And the leader says let\u2019s do it.     7. Confident and Moral.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    A Role model is never confused he has a clear view of the things that he has to do. A role model is always confident at the same time he is moral he will not compromise with his principal and moral values at any cost.<\/p>\n
